After entering into anagreement on  training in  all enrolled foreign students  have  to get the medical admission.

        For this purpose it is necessary for you:

        1. To provide medical certificates (HIV infection, the PESTILENCE, including fluorography, inspection of a thorax, (term no more than 1 year);

        2. To enter into a contract of voluntary medical insurance for full medical examination within 5–7 days according to  the law (Policy cost – from 5000 to 6000 rub, depending on a set of insurance services).

According to the recommendations of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare foreign citizens need:

• notify the passport and visa service inspector 15 days in advance about the day of arrival in the Russian Federation by e-mail or WhatsAPP (provide a copy of the ticket);
• pass the test by the polymerise chain reaction method for COVID-19 for three days before arrival in the territory of the Russian Federation;
• within three days (72 hours) after entry pass the test polymerise chain reaction method for COVID-19;
• until the results of the laboratory test on COVID-19 are received after arrival in the Russian Federation the isolation regime is observed (up to three days).

During the isolation regime classes are held on-line.

According to the Federal  law on 25.07.2002 No. 115-FZ "About a legal status of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation", the Federal law on 30.03.1999 No. 52-FZ "About sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population", the Federal law on 30.03.1995 No. 38-FZ "About the prevention of distribution to the Russian Federation of the disease caused by a human immunodeficiency virus (HIV infection), and also considering the information letter of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation on 19.10.2001 No. 34-35-364 "About an order of reception of foreign citizens in higher education institutions", letters of management of health care of Krasnodar municipal administration  on  05.02.2014 No. 32-01/346, on 23.04.2014. No. 32-01/1689 "About prevention of infectious diseases among the foreign citizens staying on the territory of the Russian Federation for the purpose of employment or training" it is necessary for enrollted foreign students to provide all the following "List of medical examinations":

HOSTEL SETTLING ORDER

        All  Preparatory department students of the Kuban SAU  are provided with accommodation in university hostels. You have to have:

        – admission order ,

        – personal declaration  intention application ,

        – moving to the hostel  application ,

        – medical certificate,

        – check-in at the hostel order .

       On the day of movinging it is necessary to have also examination at the therapist of policlinic No. 22 and if it is necessary to make blood test on the PESTILENCE.

When moving to dormitories it is necessary to have additional inspections

        By providing data of medical inspection from other regions the medical conclusion has to be in Russian (or the translation into Russian) with the indication of the name of establishment which provided medical certificate, and  the date of issue of medical certificate or inspection.
