Ceremonial gifting of a tractor model AXION 820 by CLAAS to mechanization faculty was held in front of KubSAU main building today.
Students and university staff of mechanization facultygathered by the building entrance. Sergey Sidorenko, mechanization faculty dean, addressed future mechanical engineers with welcoming remarks. He also thanked German company in the person of Ralph Bendish for such a valuable present. CLAAS Krasnodar head marked the importance of partnering relationships with Kuban State Agrarian University.
Aleksey Petuh, vice-rector for academic affairs, summarized the results of cooperation with CLAAS during symbolic start key diving. Mr. Petuh said the following in his speech: “Facilities developed during our cooperation period are huge. Now there are 18 training centers at our university, and most of them belong to mechanization faculty were opened thanks to CLAAS. Dear students, you are lucky to learn by using modern equipment and machinery. Today CLAAS gave KubSAU a tractor priced at more than one and half million euro”.
KubSAU administration and students of mechanization faculty expressed their deep gratitude to Ralph Bendish, CLAAS Krasnodar director general.
CLAAS is a large German agricultural machinery manufacturer. One of the company’s 15 plants located all over the globe is in Krasnodar and has active partner relationships with our university.
