The official opening of the 31st International Agricultural Exhibition "YUGAGRO 2024" took place. This year, the main industry forum in Krasnodar brought together 600 representatives of the agricultural sector from 14 countries. The ceremony was attended by the Governor of the Krasnodar Territory Veniamin Kondratyev, Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of Krasnodar Krai Yuri Burlachko, Deputy Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of Krasnodar Krai, Rector of the Kuban State Agrarian University Alexander Trubilin. As part of the event, they viewed the exhibits of the participants, the presented agricultural machinery, technological innovations for the production and processing of products, visited the stands of scientific organizations and higher educational institutions, including the Kuban State Agrarian University. - Farmers are people on whom the future of our country depends. We must develop agronomic areas, support young people and train qualified personnel for agriculture, - emphasized Veniamin Kondratyev. Rector of KubSAU Alexander Trubilin noted that today a new model of agricultural education is being built at the Kuban State Agrarian University, in which all its stages are involved - from school to vocational. Employment and further career support in agribusiness are also the university's area of responsibility today.
