The agenda included a report from the deans for international activities on the outcome of foreign students in the faculties, the results of the Wreath of Friendship festival and an information segment on the social adaptation of foreigners in the Russian Federation. The meeting was attended by Elena Demerdzheva, director of the Multifunctional Migration Center, and her colleagues Victoria Kekalo, Lyudmila Garbuz, as well as Liliya Vysochkina, chief specialist of the Department for Interaction with Employers of the Employment Center. Foreign students were told about the culture and norms of behavior in our country, given a brief overview of public holidays in modern Russia, and discussed issues of migration legislation and summer employment opportunities.
