The Results of PepsiCo Scientific Summer School “Prospective leaders of AgroIndustry – 2018”

Within the PepsiCo Scientific Summer School 24 students of Krasnodar and Rostov-on-Don universities were united in 4 teams. Each team was given a topic for their project. At the end of the School the teams were to present the Projects to PepsiCo staff and Kuban SAU lecturers.

The first team to share the results of work was M.A.rV.elous. The students told about ways of sales increase of traditional dairy products, product-line expansion through production of new whey drinks.

The next team was MoloEco who told about lowering production costs for dairy products. The students offered to use photovoltaic panels for energy saving.

The third one was Orange HACCPs sharing their idea on quality and safety of produced products basing on  prevention of potential risks emergence.

The last team to speak was People Science Cows presenting the project concerning presence of antibiotics in milk material and its influence on human health.

After each presentation PepsiCo staff, Kuban SAU lecturers and other students addressed their questions to all teams.

After PepsiCo staff and Kuban SAU lecturers joint discussion of the presented projects the team of Orange HACCPs was announced to hold the first place. The team members were awarded with special gifts. All participants of the School also got commemorative prizes and certificates of participation.
