Already 9 years the twin towns of Krasnodar and Harbin cooperate closely: there is an exchange of opinions in the humanitarian’s spheres, including education. The Harbin’s delegation visited Kuban State Agrarian University in 2012 for the first time, and in some months the law department students of KubSAU were lucky to listen the lecture of financial and economical institute’s professor Han Jinsgsong. The deputy mayor of the National Government Zhang Wanping, the deputy head of the department of investments development Guan Hedong, the deputy chief of agriculture committee Zhang Yingbo, the prorector of Northeast Agricultural University Guo Xiangyu and others arrived today in our university with the next visit. The dean of economics department Vladimir Ivanovich Gayduk, the dean of management faculty and professors came to reception of KubSAU delegation. 

The KubSAU prorector of international communication and youth policy Tatiana Nikolaevna Polutina told that the long kind friendship connects twin towns in the scientific and educational relation. She thanked the guests for a sincere interest to university. The guests of delegation noted in turn, that the selection of KubSAU as a partner is not a random: the university amazes of the scientists and experts number, who made a contribution in the world science. Also they stopped on the educational question of Harbin University in detail, on his high scientific potential, expressed the hope for collaboration in the international trainings of students and masters, and expressed specific suggestions and requests. The guests signed the mutually beneficial cooperation agreement of our and Northeast Agricultural University following the results of productive meeting.
