The delegation from the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança (Portugal) have visited KubSAU. The purpose of the three-day visit of professor João Sobrinho Teixeira, the President of the Institute and professor Luis de Sousa Costa of the Agrarian School of the Institute was the conclusion of a bilateral agreement on cooperation between the universities.
Both universities plan to develop international academic exchange of students and teachers, paying special attention to the “double degree programs” and research cooperation. Very soon KubSAU students will have the opportunity to combine studying at their own university with training in an educational institution in Portugal and to get the international and Russian diplomas after graduating.
It is noteworthy that Mr. Costa (Professor of Agricultural school) has a lot in common with the Kuban State Agrarian University: he spent about nine years here as a student and a Postgraduate Student.
