On May 30th Vice President of Toyota Motor Corp. held an open lecture on "Toyota General Production System. Production optimization". Mr. K. Ozawa has been working for the company for over 40 years and now is employed as a consultant.
Mr. Ozawa told about the production system of Toyota (the company has 50 facilities worldwide in 27 countries), revealed the secrets of profitability and also noted that in addition to making a profit Toyota administration cares a lot about stability and quality of life of its employees and their motivating .
