The festival of the Tajik culture of "Mekhrgon" has taken place in the Krasnodar regional public organization "Center of National Cultures". In it is mute also students of our higher education institution from Tajikistan have taken part. The celebration has begun with the presentation of the movie about history and today's life of the state. Then the chairman of the center of the Tajik national culture "Mekhri Somoniyon" B. Sh. Shirinov has addressed guests. The guest of honor of a holiday Oraz Poyandashoyev has presented the book "Russia under a Sight". In her the author has in detail told about the concept of roots of origin of the international extremism, and also has given advice on fight and opposition. Children have communicated to the writer who has told about the weighed assessment of events, conflict prevention on the international, interfaith soil, counteraction to extremism and terrorism. On "Mekhrgona" national and modern songs under which guests with the great pleasure danced sounded. According to students, it was especially pleasant to hear verses of the world famous poet O. Khayyam which were read by children. In the hall for visitors the colourful exhibition of objects of the Tajik culture and life has been organized: skullcaps, caskets, wedding clothes, dressing gowns, magazines, books. "Everything that is so expensive to us in the distance from native places" — students of the Kuban GAU have noted. "We very much had liked this bright and unforgettable holiday. We as if for one evening were transferred to the homeland — to the country of mountains and the sun. We will look forward to the following now" — children have added.

Mekhrgon is a most ancient holiday of the Tajik people. He is marked out in the fall when agricultural works come to an end and on tables gifts of the generous nature appear.
