Pupils of preparatory office for foreign citizens with teachers have visited faculty of mechanization with a sightseeing tour. The dean of faculty Sergey Mikhaylovich Sidorenko has told children about the importance of receiving engineering education at faculty of mechanization where train highly qualified specialists – engineers, bachelors, masters in the Agro engineering direction. At "Mechanization of Animal Husbandry and BZhD" department pupils have examined the high-performance equipment for livestock complexes and farms. The particular interest of children was caused by operation of the milking machine and feeder station. The "Processes and Cars in Agrobusiness" department has met pupils by an exposition of domestic and foreign agricultural machinery: combines, tractors, soil-cultivating cars which allows to track the main directions of development of agricultural machinery in Kuban. The head of the department Evgeny Ivanovich Trubilin has told about long-term cooperation with the Rostselmash Company which provides the equipment produced by plant for training of students. The TORUM-750 combine received by university this year - the powerful rotor combine, one of highly productive in the world. The range of the cultures cleaned by the combine is wide – from wheat to rice. Students at lessons study equipment, and during passing of work practice work at fields of educational pilot farms of university "Kuban", "Krasnodar" and other farms of edge. Children had liked equipment; they took a selfie and asked a set of questions about use of equipment and prospect of employment when receiving engineering education. Pupils have got acquainted with leading experts of faculty; have been invited to participate in performance of research works of faculty. Similar meetings are planned to be carried out and further.
