The Chinese delegation were composed of seven representatives: Song Xibin, Mayor of People's Government of Harbin, Huimin Gao, Head of the Foreign Affairs of the People's Government, Ji Ping , Head of Trade, Zhang Benhu ,Head of Culture, Qin Deliang , Liu Haitao, Head of Education and Ji Yujia, Head of Department Administration People's Government of Harbin City and Deputy Head of the Foreign Affairs People's Government of the city.

In the assembly of the main building of the University the guests from China met Tatiana Polutina, Vice Rector for the Intarnational and Youth Policy. She welcomed the guests and all present people after the translated words of Sun Sibiny, who was talking about few details of his Harbin.

The foreign guest said that Harbin is one of the biggest developed agricultural center in north-east of China. Today there are 50 universities. One of the best is the North-East Agrarian University. In general, China is booming in agriculture and animal husbandry.
